Pay Balance

Check your balance and pay in full via our resident portal (expect up to two months of utility bills) or drop payment by the office before you leave. You may be sent a final bill with any move-out charges.

Clearing Your Unit Of Trash

Clear unit of all trash and personal items. If anything is left behind that did not come with the apartment, you may be charged a minimum of $25. View the video below to see examples of units where trash was not properly removed.

Please do the following to properly clean your unit.

  • Vacuum/Sweep entire apartment
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms (surfaces, floors, toilet, tub, etc.)
  • Dust furniture and ceiling fans
  • Clean out refrigerator & pantry
  • Deep clean kitchen appliances
  • Wipe down countertops & shelves
  • Cleaning Checklist

Paint, Walls & Damages

If you do have damage to your walls and paint it is better not to try to repaint yourself as this will most likely result in more charges to your account due to things like improper painting and unmatched paint. View the video below to see examples of wall and paint damages.

Turn In Keys & Move Out Form

Move-out time is July 25th before 12:00 noon. When you are ready to check out, lock your bedroom door behind you and visit the clubhouse to return your keys.

If you are moving out after hours, please fill out the Move Out Form so that we have documentation of you turning in your keys & wristband, and a permanent forwarding address. Below is a list of replacement charges.

  • Door Key $25
  • Mail Key $25
  • Wristband $4

Change Of Address

Please change your address with the sender for any mail you may be expecting.

The USPS considers all residents at the Woodlands to have the same address.  We cannot allow residents to forward their mail because USPS does not divide mail based on the unit number – ALL mail addressed to the entire property would be forwarded.  The Woodlands does not offer mail forwarding services.  

Instead of using the USPS move out form, change your address with the sender.  If you are expecting a package that has been sent but not arrived, contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc) to see if you can change the delivery address.
